Hi, we are Chris and David, 

We thought you may like to know a little bit about us. 

After taking a well deserved break from teaching (David was a teaching lecturer in London) and the NHS (I, Chris was a district nurse) we decided to covert our property into holiday cottages, which has kept us busy over the last few years (2021-2024). The cottages are part of our family estate on one of Suffolks oldest Dairy Courtyard farms! You will find photos of the old courtyard within each cottage so you can see the history of the property and the original brick work in Udder Cottage. 

It is important to us that our cottages feel like a home from home during your stay, we have 2 Golden Retrievers which is why we allow a dog per property, as they need a well deserved holiday too!

We take pride in our cottages, using eco friendly products and steam clean all the karndean (hardwood) floors throughout the properties. You can read more about our sustainability policy here. We do ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture, however we have left Ruff and Tumble throws, for those unexpected moments. 

As we are super dog friendly, so if you wish to go out for dinner (dog-free) let us know in advance and we can come and dog-sit for you, for a small fee.
